Akwarium

I’ve been returning for years, and it’s still hard to leave each time. The rooms are nice, with a bathroom, fridge, kettle, and balcony. The owner is easy to get in touch with and friendly. It’s a great spot close to everything, right by the Baltic Sea. I recommend it.

The terrace is large, and communication with the owner was good; the hostess was friendly. But the listing on Booking.com said “two bedrooms and a living room” and that the apartment was for 8 adults. There were two bedrooms, but no living room. Maybe they count the tiny kitchen, with its single fold-out sofa bed, as one. It was supposed to be a sofa. The owner probably doesn’t know what “sofa” or “living room” mean. We could barely fit six adults, and with eight we’d have been on top of each other. This feels like a scam, and I’m reporting the misleading listing to Booking.com.

There’s a yard with swings and lots of room for kids to play, plus parking indoors and outdoors. The kitchen is available. We found the rooms clean and fresh, and the bedding was lovely. The owner was very friendly and helpful. The location works well too, close to the sea and even closer to the shops. I recommend staying overnight at the Aquarium.
