I arrived Friday evening, as arranged, and found that other guests were staying in the cottage I'd booked. The only alternative available had a different number from the one in my confirmation and no access codes. I couldn't reach anyone by phone or email, and even on Monday, after someone had likely seen my urgent message, there was no explanation or apology. The only contact method was a landline available during reception hours, Monday to Friday until 4 p.m. I've never dealt with this before, and I find it unacceptable.

The bungalows have a musty smell, and loose electrical cables hang around the grounds. You can see rebar from the terraces, which seems like a high risk of injury. Inside, the place feels stuck in the 1960s and hasn't been modernized: broken windows, worn-out furniture, missing bathroom tiles, and beds that no longer seem suitable for anyone. At €15 per person per night for a triple room, it's too much. What a shame.
