Apartamenty Sun & Snow Golden Tulip

It was a quiet apartment with good service. The reception staff were attentive, and the rooms were kept to a good standard. I’m a strict vegetarian, so the buffet choices were limited for me. Still, in a Polish resort area I can’t complain that there wasn’t a generous vegetarian menu. Otherwise, it’s a good place to stay.

I’ve been coming back every year since 2019, and it’s a pleasant, familiar place for a beach holiday. But signs of wear from so many guests are starting to show in the room and across the other hotel buildings. It’s family-friendly, with a great pool for kids and a sauna for parents. There are play rooms and a billiards room, plus a table tennis room. Unfortunately, the pool cues were broken, and a business meeting kept the table tennis room closed all week.

The seaside is less than 50 meters away, which is a big plus. The Golden Tulip apartment complex is especially well set up for families with small children, with a playground, playroom and kids’ activities. The interior design is modern and the flat has good equipment, though the apartments’ quality depends on the letting company. You can see some wear in a few units, but they’re still reasonable.

Update: sadly, I have to revise my review. My room, C14, had a window that wouldn’t shut properly, as the image shows. I told a staff member, who said, “Oh yes, there is a problem,” then did nothing during almost a week-long stay. Nobody even told me anyone would try to fix it. They knew about it and simply didn’t care. Not good, and I expected more. The location is excellent, and the rooms are large and clean with great breakfasts. It’s a very nice, well-kept place apart from that experience, which is a shame.
