I only got my refund after contacting Booking.com support. The place first called me at 18, six hours after I had booked, when I was already nearby, and said there were no rooms available. They asked me to cancel, but my booking was non-refundable if I cancelled myself. They said they would cancel it, but when I called again the next day, nothing had changed. I had to sort it out through Booking.com. I wouldn’t recommend staying here if you want to avoid the same experience.

The guest rooms were spacious and clean, and breakfast was very good. It’s also a nice place for a party. There used to be some toys for kids, but they weren’t there when we celebrated a wedding in May 2017.

The food is truly delicious, and the service is kind. It’s a quiet spot by the forest, with meals of gorgeous quality. Great for meat lovers and good for vegetarians, though vegans may have trouble getting ful.

A good place to stay if you’re going to an event at Arena Gliwice hall 😎. The atmosphere is very pleasant, room service is discreet, and the staff help with whatever comes up, even something like delayed breakfast.

I’m happy I got to try Poland’s soup Żurek here for the first time. Amazing national dishes!
