The people here are what have stayed with me most. Everyone, from housekeeping and breakfast staff to the front desk and especially the bar team, was friendly, helpful, professional, and clearly took pride in their work. We hadn’t booked spa treatments ahead of time, but the staff found room for us and made it feel easy. We enjoyed the treatments, and the prices were very reasonable for visitors from abroad. The pool was immaculate, the sauna hygienically clean, and the steam room was properly hot. By my personal test, you shouldn’t be able to see more than half a metre ahead in a good steam room, and this one passed. The hotel is in a quiet part of Miezyzdroje, with a short, pleasant walk to both the beach and town centre. We stayed in August ‘21 on a recommendation from family nearby. We’ll come back next time we’re in the area, and I highly recommend it.

The buffet staff were nice, but the hotel itself felt very basic and the spa wasn’t a real spa to me. The beauty treatments were basic too. I wouldn’t spend time or money on the salon: the cosmetics seemed like very cheap Polish products, and the facials felt like just lying there with a mask, with no effort put in. The treatment prices changed after I booked, and I was charged more without being told. Honestly, a good face cream would do more for your skin than that appointment. The shower water kept swinging between cold and scalding hot. That’s unpleasant for an adult and makes it almost impossible to shower a child safely.

Good food, nice staff, a pleasant location and atmosphere. It’s worth coming for at least 2-3 days to get some quiet time with family or friends. The sea is nearby, and so is the German border, which makes the trip practical. It wasn’t too expensive, and everything was available despite the COVID rules. The spa wasn’t open yet when we were there, but it was supposed to open in June. Have fun!
