Sun & Snow Wechta - Promenada Gwiazd

The view from the 11th floor was amazing, and the location was great. After that, things went downhill. There was no balcony, just windows that opened behind safety rails, and getting to the 11th floor meant climbing a steep short staircase from the 10th. The furniture was dated and some of it damaged, while the beds were rock hard. The shower gave either a lukewarm trickle or ice-cold water, and the air conditioning worked only now and then. The microwave could only be used as a microwave. The sauna was inaccessible, the pool was cold, and the pool terrace had no seats or loungers. The parking space was tiny, boxed in by concrete walls on both sides, and felt like it would wreck the car. We couldn't reach the 24-hour emergency service, not during the week or afterward.

At apartment 105 in BelMare, the Wi-Fi was out all week despite repeated reports, and the operator still hasn't replied to the problems, even though they said they would. There was mold inside and outside the shower, dust, and not enough crockery or cutlery. The chairs were broken and held together with tape, and the beach chairs were completely broken. The vacuum didn't work, and the washing machine wouldn't drain automatically. The patio door handle was loose and kept falling off. Early in the morning the intercom rang constantly. Cleaning staff mopped from the balcony above, so water dripped onto us and our things on the balcony.

What a mess. We booked a room through Booking, and the agency told us by phone that everything had been paid. But when we arrived, we found out the room had been given to someone else. They called while we were driving to the property, and when we called back, nobody picked up. The usual line was that they had done their best, but afterward they wouldn't answer the phone either. I highly recommend it.

Sun&Snow's service was very poor, maybe nonexistent. The location is nice and the view from the apartment was beautiful, but the place was dirty and not worth the money. The wardrobe was broken, the window wouldn't open, and the shower head was so clogged with limescale that barely any water came through. Some chairs were broken; the rest looked extremely worn and unsightly. It was advertised as "Deluxe" but met only the lowest standards. When we complained, we got nothing but rude excuses.
