Vienna House by Wyndham Amber Baltic Miedzyzdroje

This was our seventh time here. The hotel is beautiful and perfectly located, the service is great and friendly, and the food is yummy.

I'm traveling from Thailand and I'm a Whydham member. I stayed at this hotel for five nights, from July 29th to August 3rd, then moved to the third floor from August 3rd to August 5th. On check-out day, I changed from the fifth floor to the third to stay another two days. Before I could do that, the hotel asked me to settle all the charges for my fifth-floor stay. I was shocked to find a parking charge of 165zt a day for five days, 825zt in total. Nobody told me about this when I checked in on the first day. If I'd known beforehand, I would have found cheaper parking elsewhere. I'm very dissatisfied that such a large fee was charged without warning. It's excessive, and I'm very, very, very unhappy. Today I have to look for other parking instead of spending my time relaxing at the hotel. I want to say that if you give me back the parking fee, I'll park somewhere else. Did you know parking next to your hotel is 100 zt per day, while the lot 130 meters away costs 50 zt? I found a parking space for 50 zt a day. I want the difference back because the receptionist didn't tell me before I checked in, so I didn't accept this condition from day one.

The location was perfect, right on the sand near Molo, with a Zabka nearby, plus a hotel and restaurant inside. There are plenty of things to do in the hotel too, like using the sauna or getting a massage. I was really satisfied with the service, and the staff were kind, helpful, and accommodating. The price felt worth it. I'll definitely come back.

I loved the pool, sauna, and relaxation room. The pool is open from 7am to 10pm, and early mornings or late evenings are best. I had it to myself at 7am this morning. Breakfast was great too, with lots of options. As a vegetarian, I was in heaven with the different pates, including bean and cauliflower. We had some issues on our first stay, but management's response was amazing and really showed how much they care. The staff were very friendly. They also have beach chairs and a private entrance to the beach. For rooms, I'd choose one of the bigger ones with a sofa in the living room, since they're more spacious. It is expensive, but we had a lovely time.
