Villa Amadea

The rooms were okay.

Our rooms were in very poor condition: dirty, with bathrooms that smelled bad. The windows were broken, and the old doors wouldn't close properly, which made us uncomfortable and left us feeling unsafe. There was a TV, but it didn't work, and the bathroom had no soap. The room standard fell well short of what we expected. It needs a thorough renovation, along with much better attention to cleanliness and things working properly.

We spent a week in a room for three at Villa Amadeo, and I came away with no real complaints. The bathroom was spotless, the room was fine, and the cleaning ladies were very nice. I’ve read the other reviews, but can’t agree with them. Maybe I just got a different room. The one issue was that the electrical outlets were fitted poorly. Otherwise, things were as they should be.

The beach and pier are about 400 meters away, and there are lots of restaurants nearby. Those are the only good points I found. The low price may draw people in, but the rooms are in a condition that leaves a lot to be desired. I wouldn’t stay here again, and I strongly advise against it.
