The breakfast buffet was outstanding, and the owners were really nice and helpful. We had comfortable, clean beds and stayed two nights in this lovely hotel, about 10 minutes from the sea. We booked late, so only a ground floor room was available. I wish we’d been upstairs, but we’ll return someday!

Breakfast was a real treat, with plenty to choose from. If you’re lucky and behave, Miss Iwanka and Miss Lila might serve their delicious pancakes with cheese and berries. There’s also a good selection of books at the villa, many of them gifts from past guests, so you can borrow something or leave a book of your own gathering dust at home for someone else to enjoy. Villa Astra Baltica is run as a family business, and that’s what makes the place. Mrs. Renata, the owner, and her daughter Miss Iwona were helpful, accommodating, empathetic, and funny. It felt like Polish hospitality without feeling like an outsider or dealing with unnecessary formality. The garden is refined, the food is tasty, and it’s a biker friendly place. I’d recommend it to solo travelers, families, and groups. They can meet the needs of different kinds of travelers, and for me it felt like a home away from home in Międzyzdroje. The villa is 450 m from the seafront, good for beach lovers and for anyone cycling along the Baltic Sea or visiting Międzyzdroje. It’s far enough from the center’s hustle and bustle to feel quieter. There are 30 rooms, so it can accommodate larger groups. My room was tidy, with a clean, well stocked bathroom, fridge, kettle, TV, tea, and coffee. The apartments have comfortable bathrooms, LCD TVs, spacious wardrobes, and smaller cabinets. Parking is a big plus here. The main lot is on site at the front of the property, and there are two extra parking areas, which helps when you’re with a larger group. That’s three parking options in all, something unusual in Międzyzdroje. There’s also a nearby Biedronka supermarket. Five stars!

We had a great four nights at Villa Astra Baltica. The room was cozy, very well equipped, and super clean. I especially liked how much variety there was at breakfast, which gets five out of five from me. Next time, I’ll definitely stay here again. And thanks once again to the owners for a perfect holiday!
