The restaurant service was really great. Darina gave us very good recommendations for food and wine, and we’ll definitely come back. The hotel itself is really nice, though some details haven’t been thought through very well. There are only two elevators for both guests and room service, broken things aren’t always repaired, and the build quality doesn’t seem the best.

We stayed in an Exclusive Apartment (3-room), which had loads of space and was modern and well maintained. It’s set up nicely for families, with a coffee machine, kettle, and plenty of tea and coffee. They also brought four bottles of water each day, two still and two sparkling. The resort is just steps from the beach. If a higher floor and better views matter to you, select the “view” option when booking on the website. The staff were kind, professional, and keen to help. Almost everyone spoke English, which made things easy for us since we don’t speak Polish yet. Parking was convenient, both opposite the property and underground. We celebrated our anniversary there. At my request, the team arranged a flower bouquet and excellent wine, and they also surprised us with a beautiful, delicious Meringue Cake. That personal touch made the occasion unforgettable. We made good use of the heated pool and sauna, and our children loved the organized games in the well-managed kids’ zone. On walks along the beach, we saw lots of ducks and gulls, and might even have spotted a hawk. It was a peaceful extra for anyone who enjoys wildlife. Breakfast and dinner were included, and the food was good. My family liked the chicken and fish, while I enjoyed the potatoes, brinjal dishes, cheeses, and pizza as a vegetarian. I’d love to see more varied vegetarian main courses. I’d be happy to return and share more feedback, because the rest of the experience was so well done. Wave Międzyzdroje Resort & SPA really cares about its guests.

Apartment 777 had great views and was very comfortable. The spa access was really good, and the outdoor pool was nice. The indoor and spa facilities were all very good.

The price didn’t feel justified by our stay, and there are better options for the same or less. We booked a family Easter break, but the place seemed disorganized and unprepared for a large number of guests. Right from the start, staff seemed unsure about room assignments, payments, and even breakfast bookings. The Easter breakfast was especially disappointing. At other spa hotels, we’d had a festive meal with table service, so we expected something similar. Instead it was a standard buffet with time slots. The queues were long, food ran out quickly, and guests had to wait for refills. The pool and sauna were also too crowded for the number of holiday guests, making the experience stressful rather than relaxing. I wouldn’t recommend this place based on our experience, especially in peak season.
