The best part is the location: the sea is four minutes away and the lake two minutes away. There are armchairs and a table outside the cottage, which make a pleasant spot to sit in the fresh air. The rooms look quite good, though they clearly need some renovation. There’s no air conditioning, hairdryer, towels or soap, so keep that in mind. The downsides are significant. The rooms are extremely allergy-inducing, and I wouldn’t recommend staying here to anyone with allergies, as it could end badly. The water heater is small, with enough hot water for one person to bathe, definitely not four at once. Several factors like these mean this is the highest rating I can give.

The house is spacious and close to the sea. That’s about it for the positives. There’s no broom for sweeping, the shower leaks and the drain is clogged. The bathroom shelves are barely attached. Check-in starts at 2 p.m. because they’re “CLEANING,” yet there are cobwebs around the lamps.

The sea is just two minutes away on foot. The rooms are cozy and spotlessly clean, and the owners are incredibly kind. We’ll definitely come back.

The parking isn’t convenient. To get out, you have to ask the owner and the other guests to move their cars. The rooms and service are average, and the owner is a know-it-all. The price for one room with no amenities at all and a broken bathroom shower is quite high. I don’t recommend it!
