Apartamenty Szafirowa Mierzeja - 365PAM

The apartment itself was spotless, attractive, and practical, but nearby construction made our stay miserable. There was drilling, loud music, and swearing, even on weekends, with unbearable noise from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. We ended up spending the daytime at the beach, so the weather saved our vacation. When I complained, customer service handled things poorly. They first offered a small refund of the noise fee, then refused to pay the amount they had promised, saying the offer only applied if I left the apartment. That condition wasn’t mentioned in their email reply to my complaint. Communication after that was difficult, and the whole thing left a bad taste.

Apartment number 7 is in a new complex on the edge of town, close to the lake, and the beach is only a few minutes away. The apartment is modern, superbly equipped, and finished to a high standard. We’d recommend it, though the bed won’t suit people with back problems. There’s no German TV or internet access, which really ought to be standard these days.

We stayed in June as a family of four in the ground-floor apartment at Building 11/1. It had a bedroom and a living room with kitchenette, and was furnished and equipped well. I thought the price was fair for the quality. The neighborhood is quiet, close to nature, and away from the center. The beach is about 500 meters away, and it’s a handy base for walking, running, or cycling.

It’s a lovely, quiet place in a good location, near the sea, an electric scooter, and the bathrooms, with the center of Mielno about 40 minutes away. The service brought me the things I needed, which was a plus. I did miss having a playground or somewhere to sit outside. There are two ground-floor apartments with a garden with a bullfinch.
