We waited several hours for our room even though check-in was supposed to start at 2 p.m. When I raised it with the owner, she got agitated and insulted us. The owners had already been arrogant and difficult before we’d even got out of our cars, and they kept arguing for no reason. They acted like working there was a punishment. Three of us were put in a quadruple room that was incredibly cramped, and the bedding had holes in it. One key opens several rooms, so I’d keep valuables in the car. I can’t recommend the place. There are surely better places to stay in Mielno.

We booked three rooms for nine people, but at first they gave us just one room for four. The owners were drunk from morning until night, and there was no way to reason with them. They told us to leave if we didn’t like it. Eventually, they did give us the keys to another room, but it was the worst place I’ve ever stayed.

Everything felt like a disgrace. We were left waiting outside our rooms for hours, the parking lot was tight, and keys to our room also opened the room next door. The rooms are tiny, and things fall apart when you touch them. The owner shouts louder than the guy selling food on the beach, and the owners seem to enjoy picking arguments with everyone.

We got there at 6 p.m. and the room still wasn’t ready, despite check-in supposedly being available from 2. The owners are very picky and bothered us about every little thing. In the middle of the night, the owner, who seemed very drunk, started yelling, “I’m going to get the f**k out of the room,” even though we weren’t being loud. From the moment we came in, he was trying to tip us and asked for an unknown amount. When we asked how much we should pay, he didn’t know either. I wouldn’t recommend this place.
