We paid 900 euros for a week, and I left extremely disappointed. There was no room service at all. During my six days there, the sheets, floor, and toilet weren't cleaned even once. Food ran out early too: after 6 pm it was gone, and the tiny buffet only had a couple of portions in small amounts. I missed dinner three nights in a row because there was nothing left. There isn't a bar, just a small restaurant, and the Emocje hotel in Mielno is much smaller than the photos make it look. The service was rubbish. I wouldn't stay there again even for free. It's a catastrophe, and people should avoid it. It feels like a scam.

The seaside location was the best part for me on a work trip. My room was big and clean, and the bathroom had plenty of space. Breakfast was fine, though anyone hoping for scrambled eggs and bacon will be disappointed because they don't serve either. In autumn and winter, the kitchen closes at 8:30 pm and the bar shuts early too. The receptionist was friendly, though, and made sure we could watch football without going thirsty.
