When we arrived, the room the woman had booked was already rented, so she sent us to an “apartment by the sea.” It turned out to be nothing like that. The place was dirty and smelled chemical and stuffy. The floorboards were soaked, peeling, and chipped; the walls were cracked, the doors and windows leaked, and rain came in through the doors. The cot I asked for was torn, moldy, and dirty. Then, when we settled the bill, she charged 240 PLN more than agreed, saying it was because we’d stayed in an apartment. I refused and showed the staff the text messages confirming the price. She was rude and arrogant. I never got a receipt when I paid, either. It’s a shame I can’t attach the photos I took of everything. I don’t recommend this place, and I’d warn anyone who’s considering it.

The bed was really comfortable, and I slept well. The bathroom and bathtub were surprisingly clean, too, and I still have fond memories of the stay. The location was a real plus, close to the sea with a lovely view from the window. The photos had worried me, but in person it wasn’t a disaster. The furniture and decor weren’t anything special, and there were a few hairs on the bed from previous guests. The room was very warm, and an unpleasant chemical-like smell lingered in some spots until the end of my stay. If you’re not expecting luxury, you’ll probably be fine.

We chose a room with a sea view because that mattered a lot to us. At 2:15 PM on arrival day, when check-in was starting, the woman switched us to one facing the street and a loud disco. Other guests were still in the room when we got there. It was dirty, and the jacuzzi tub couldn’t be used: dirt came out of the jets, and the hot water ran out after a few minutes. We could barely open the lockbox. We’ve never had an experience like this. We don’t recommend it.

The owner told us the day before our planned stay that she’d booked the place for someone else. We were left with our children and no accommodation in the middle of the season. She didn’t call back or explain, and she doesn’t answer her phone. She seems to have no idea what she’s doing. Stay away.
