The hotel’s phone number wasn’t available, so we couldn’t reach anyone to resolve the problem. When we stayed, the bar shut at 22:00, which was fine, but they also switched off the lift to the rooms. Anyone with a disability should know they’ll need to take the stairs. They closed the car park gates too, leaving us to look for street parking on very narrow roads.

They charged extra for both coffee and parking, and the breakfast was poor. Staff also came to the room several times asking for payment, which could have waited until check-out.
