We had to leave for our flight before the staff could find the medication container, even though we waited an hour. I’d asked the administrator to keep it in the freezer, but after the morning shift change, nobody returned it or could locate it. The medicine needs refrigeration in transit, costs about 1,700 euros in Europe, and can’t be bought without a prescription. I had two packages in the container, so losing it cost me money and has affected my health too.

The taxi we were sent to in the lobby was quoted at “maximum eighteen zloty,” then the driver demanded 80 zł when we arrived and acted as if he hadn’t understood the first price. This came after none of the usual apps, including Uber and Bolt, worked near the hotel at night. At reception, staff smiled and said that “very few people here drive without a license,” and that only “licensed taxis” could come up to the hotel. It looks like the hotel is enabling this setup, if not taking part in it. Shameful and unprofessional. Guests should be aware and consider staying elsewhere.

The rooms were comfortable and practical, and the staff were really accommodating for a wedding reception, even if they seemed a little lacklustre otherwise. It’s handy for the airport, though getting to the city centre takes a bit of a taxi ride.

We only needed a night, and arrived late without expecting much. They made us feel very welcome, and the rooms were top notch. GIVE ALICE A RAISE!!!!

The water machines along the corridors were a thoughtful touch, and our guests really appreciated them. We stayed at Great Polonia Airport Hotel for our wedding celebrations, and the big, comfortable rooms and consistently attentive, helpful service made it a great choice. Along with Witkowa Chata, it made the whole wedding experience more memorable and enjoyable. Highly recommended! E&O
