The room was even better than I’d imagined, with loads of space, lovely design, and plenty of closet room. After a long travel day, Dawid at the front office made me feel right at home. The staff were lovely and welcoming throughout my magical Christmas season stay at Raffles Europejski Warsaw. I ate at all their outlets. Breakfast and the staff were a 10/10, the bar was gorgeous and a great place to meet someone for drinks, and the patisserie was just right for picking up goodies to take home before leaving. I can’t wait to return. I wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else!

The event we held in Pavilion was brilliantly organized, and the whole team at Raffles Hotel Europejski in Warsaw has my gratitude. This has been the best hotel experience of my life so far. The service was unbelievable, and everything was taken care of before I even thought to ask. The rooms were clean, the food was delicious, and I have absolutely no complaints.

We enjoyed our stay at the Raffles Hotel and would be happy to return. The atmosphere, comfort, and service were excellent and lived up to the hotel’s reputation. The only disappointment was one waitress who wasn’t very friendly during breakfast.

The location made it easy to explore, with the Old Town and Presidential Palace just a short walk away along the Royal Route. Raffles Europejski Warsaw is a striking architectural landmark. David was especially welcoming and attentive, and went out of his way to suggest places for our next stop in Gdańsk, which we really appreciated. We stayed in a King Deluxe Room with elegant finishes, a comfortable bed, a well-positioned desk, and a luxurious marble bathroom. The room was beautifully appointed and thoughtfully laid out. Breakfast each morning was a treat, with a buffet and a choice of indoor or outdoor seating. In the evening, the intimate bar was a lovely place to unwind over a cocktail. This historic property pairs timeless style with genuine hospitality, and made for a memorable stay in the heart of Warsaw.

The spa area has great vibes and plenty of options, and breakfast was excellent too. It had classic polish dishes with some thoughtful twists. Definitely try the french toast. This is my number one in Warsaw and easily in my global top three for the $100-1000 per night range. The rooms and other spaces are beautiful, well designed, in great condition, spacious, and really quiet. The location is incredible, close to the Old Town, the subway, and Epoka, one of the best restaurants in Warsaw. Staff were friendly, polite, and helpful, from room service and check-in to the concierge. Mr. Godlewski also handles the free art tours around the hotel, which are worth checking out. Parking can be a little tricky if you’re from out of town. I’d use an app to find public parking right in front, since I’ve never had an issue there, and it’s free overnight.
