My reservation was canceled on arrival day, supposedly because my credit card was invalid. That makes no sense: I’d provided details for two different cards. I believe the real reason was the Ed Sheeran concert, which made Warsaw accommodation several times more expensive that day. The room I’d booked ahead for 500 PLN was relisted that same day for 1600 PLN. The contact number they gave wasn’t answered, and my requests for contact details were ignored.

I never got to stay. The hostel mishandled my card details, even though the same card had worked for bookings elsewhere on that date many times. They also put the same offer back up for over 400 PLN instead of 242.

The apartment makes good use of its space, so it feels roomy even though it’s small. Its location is easily the biggest plus.
