Fine for a night. The rooms were comfortable and reasonably clean, with shared bathrooms along the hall and a communal kitchen. I didn't need any service and didn't use the kitchen myself.

The room was extremely clean, as was the bathroom, and the staff were very friendly. The kitchen had plenty of equipment and even a separate exit for smokers. I'm taking off a star because the room was so tiny there was barely anywhere to put my small backpack for a one-night stay.

For one night when you've got no other option, it can do. The rooms are tiny and several rooms share one bathroom. The owner travels, so you have to give them plenty of notice before arriving, and sometimes you still end up waiting. It's described as absolutely perfect for a longer stay.
