The staff were polite, and breakfast was good. I also had plenty of parking, with both included in my stay. The room was fine for a quick overnight stop before getting back on the road, and the AC worked. The building has had a cosmetic refresh, but it still feels worn and doesn’t really meet what I’d expect from an Ibis Styles. It would suit a plain Ibis better. The nearby FlySpot wind tunnel’s compressor makes a lot of constant white noise, and some skydiver artwork doesn’t make this feel like an Ibis Styles.

I gave the hotel another try after the manager invited me back following some mix-ups with reception during my stay about a year ago. I’m sorry to say nothing has changed. Getting an invoice is almost impossible. If you need one, don’t leave reception until it’s in your hand. They may promise to email it later, but don’t count on that.

We had a really large room, and the welcome drinks and wellness access were included. Breakfast was good, with plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables, and the evening meal was okay once it finally arrived. The location works well if you’re driving through Warszawa. But there was mold on the bathroom ceiling, and after 10 p.m. the jacuzzi was only lukewarm and the sauna was already cold, even though they’re meant to stay open until 11. Dinner service was practically nonexistent. We had to find staff ourselves, and their limited English led to misunderstandings.

The rooms and breakfast were fine, and the food at dinner was okay too. The dinner service, though, was horrible. The hotel should train its employees to be friendlier and more helpful to customers. Also, it’s really unclear where to turn in from the road. Adding an Ibis sign there would be an easy improvement.

For a hotel that’s supposed to be modern, it has no coffee facilities or mobile USB port, and it’s in the middle of nowhere. Rubbish.
