10/10
After a long journey and a full day of business meetings, it was nice to have the spa for relaxing and the scenery for a walk. I was there with a delegation of 60 people, and the service was excellent. The location was comfortable, the food was delicious, and all my colleagues were satisfied.

6/10
The restaurant food was delicious, but we had to wait a long time for it every time, twice over an hour. The restaurant staff were nice, but the timing was poor. The place itself was comfortable, though it seemed oddly understaffed for high season. At 5am, workmen started fixing something in the electric box right next to our room, making extra noise. The disabled ramp on the short flight of stairs beside our room was badly fitted and clattered whenever anyone used it. The location is lovely, but the view was poor because everything was overgrown. The facilities were nice, but with no aircon in the gym it was impossible to breathe. Decide for yourself.

8/10
The rooms were nice, and the pool and sauna were okay, though neither was very big. The sauna might fit 4-6 people. The employees were friendly, but many spoke only Polish, or maybe a little English, so it could be hard to communicate when asking for something “special” or when something wasn’t working. At reception, there was usually someone who spoke English, at least during the day.

I stayed here on a business trip and found the rooms clean and sufficient. Breakfast was very good. I could see bringing my family here for a holiday.

From our balcony, we had the most beautiful view of Lake Czos!
