The meals stood out for me: they were tasty, varied, and healthy, with plenty of vegetables. The treatments also covered different needs and supported rehabilitation. I felt secure knowing a nurse and doctor were available around the clock. My room was bright, spacious, and cozy, and it was vacuumed and cleaned every day, bathroom included. The cleaning staff and everyone else were very kind and willing to help. I had a very positive stay at Jesienna Rezydencja in Nałęczów. It brings together attentive care, a friendly atmosphere, and comfortable surroundings.

At checkout, we were charged for “air conditioning,” meaning breathing the outside air. That fee wasn’t mentioned on the website or when we checked in. We also couldn’t get help when the internet went out in the evening. We reported it after breakfast the next morning and explained what was wrong, but nobody came between 9:00 AM and noon.

The split-level apartments are spacious and really comfortable, so that’s what I’d recommend. There are smaller standard rooms too. The rooms come with dishes, a kettle, and an electric stove, and they’re clean.

There are doctor appointments, but I didn’t feel there was any real chance of getting help. With a sore throat and sinus pain, they didn’t even examine me. Deep communist Poland, I don’t recommend it. Room 6 was gloomy and dark, and it looked like it hadn’t been renovated in a long time, despite being occupied by four people. The shower and sink drains were clogged, cleaning was rare, and there was no housekeeper. Patients covered by the National Health Fund (NFZ) get much worse food than others. Is the NFZ not paying enough? It’s insane!!!
