This was the worst hotel stay I’ve ever had. Service and hospitality were at 0. The receptionist was very rude and unhelpful, and seemed eager to take as much money from you as possible. The room was very cold, and the water wasn’t warm enough for the cold weather. The receptionist was never at the desk, so whenever you needed help, you had to call first and wait at least 20 minutes for her to arrive. The location was awful, with nothing nearby, and even restaurants wouldn’t deliver to the area. It was unexpectedly bad and very disappointing. They should hire more responsible, better trained people who can help.

The host misrepresented the rooms and their quality on booking. I had to turn to booking support to get a refund. Extremely impolite and a liar.

It’s a cozy place, but the staff don’t speak English. Our room wasn’t cleaned during the week, and there’s no restaurant at the hotel, so we had to go elsewhere for dinner.

After skiing, the food, sauna, and massages made for a nice way to unwind. A nice place to stay.
