We stayed for three nights. The hotel has a beautiful view of the Tatras, the price is okay, and our room was clean, nice, and big enough. Breakfast had variety, but if you came down late you might find some things gone. Breakfast runs from 8-10 a.m. The parking is free, but one night we returned and there was no space left, which was the biggest disappointment. The water in the large pool was quite cold, though the jacuzzi was warm. There’s no 24-hour reception, so if something goes wrong you have to wait for the receptionist to arrive. We won’t stay here again. With a few small improvements, it could be much better and earn five stars ;)

The rooms were in good condition, and this family-friendly accommodation is well located near the main town, Zakopmane. The service, though, was very poor. Rubbish wasn’t taken away, towels weren’t changed daily, and the food was often cold. Admin wasn’t always visible at reception.

I’d give them 4.5 if that were an option ;). The big downside is that the bar is closed :)
