That stream outside the window was lovely to listen to from the balcony after a long day hiking, especially with a "Zakopiańczyk" in hand. The blue trail to Rusinowa Glade starts about 1300 meters from the resort, so it’s a handy base for walks. There are also billiards, table football, and a kids’ play area for older guests and families. Our room was clean and pleasant, the location worked well, and the owner was friendly and polite. Any issue we had was sorted out right away. We’d have given five stars if we hadn’t brought our own food, but the meals were a letdown. We booked breakfast and dinner. The soup was a slightly spiced mix of water, salt, and "Maggie," and the stuffed cabbage rolls were mostly rice with a little meat and no real taste. We skipped dinner after the first meal. Breakfast was called a buffet, which surprised me: there were three rolls each, plus two or three sorts of fresh bread, two kinds of cold cuts at three slices each, two kinds of cheese at three or four slices each, a salad we liked, jam, butter, hot dogs or sausages, cereal for the kids, tea, and very weak drip coffee. It was more than enough food for three people, but for a resort like this, having no proper drip coffee is a real shortcoming. As for the rooms and service, I agree with the other reviews.

The stream running past the resort and the views from the windows are a lovely finishing touch. We also had a fireplace and a large covered barbecue, useful when the weather couldn’t be trusted. There are rooms with billiards and foosball, as well as space for group evenings or discos. Our ensuite room was clean and beautiful, with soap, a hairdryer, and towels in the bathroom. The food was delicious and plentiful. Above all, the hosts and staff made me feel looked after in every way. The location is a bonus, but it’s the people who create the atmosphere. Happily recommend, and heartfelt congratulations to the hosts and staff.

The stream’s gentle burble, along with the quiet and lovely rooms, made it easy to relax. The owners were very nice, the location was great, and the food was really good. Highly recommend! :)

The location is the one good thing, since it’s quite close to the slopes. The rooms are cramped and small, and dinner was a nightmare for children who are picky eaters. The cooks decide what we get, and the food just isn’t something you can eat normally.
