We stayed in the largest apartment, which was spacious and had all the amenities. Shops are nearby, and Karpacz and Jelenia Góra are easy to get to. It’s a wonderful place for a family getaway, and we hope to visit again soon. ❤️

The ladies at the Karpacz office deserve a thumbs up. The rest was a complete mess. The offer photos are very outdated. The barbecue setup is in bad shape: one is an incomplete, broken gas grill with no cylinder or grate, and the charcoal grill barely works. The playground is falling apart, and none of the vacationers dared let their children use it. There’s no proper gate, just one that opens using a single phone number. If that person goes to the store, nobody else can leave the property. And the KUNAS are a plague. It’s a shame the neighbors who left in a hurry late at night didn’t leave a review too, since they ran away because they couldn’t sleep. Too bad, because the neighborhood itself is quiet and peaceful.

A clean, modern apartment with all the amenities, and a really good place to relax. It’s close to Karpacz, Jelenia Góra, the Czech Republic, and more. I highly recommend it 👍
