The place itself is beautiful and good for resting, and breakfast was good, though there wasn't much variety. But the housekeeping was the worst I've experienced in any hotel, and a huge disappointment. We stayed four nights, from the 21st August to the 24th of August. The room was nice when we arrived, but the AC didn't work. They offered another room and we chose to stay put. I asked for an iron and ironing board, and they told me to pick them up down the hallway. A bit weird, but I did. The next day, our towels were left on the bed. When we came back late that night, they were piled on the couch and there were no fresh towels. The bed had been made horribly. The following day I asked reception for fresh towels. We got them that night, but the bed still hadn't been made at all. Making beds is standard housekeeping work, especially in a 4* hotel with a spa and swimming pool. Ridiculous.

The beds were too soft, and the huge pillows made it hard to sleep. Both the pool and sauna, listed on booking, were closed on both days without explanation. After a full day at an exhibition, those would have been great, especially with the city center so far away. The hotel is in a quiet area with a nice garden for relaxing, and there's a small zoo behind it. Our room was large and clean, though it and the bathroom weren't new. Dinner at the restaurant was perfect, and the included breakfast was tasty, definitely 5/5. Still, it felt a little pricey for what we got.

Reception was just okay, and parking was fine. The room was okay too, though the card keys didn't work properly. Food was tasty and portions were good, and the waiter was nice, but moved in slow motion. Pool and sauna were good. My rating is 3 because the hours make no sense for a hotel like this at this price. On Saturday the pool closes at 20:00, while on other days it's open until 22:00. The restaurant is supposed to run until 21:00, but on Saturday they change it to 18:00 at the latest. Unreasonable.

This is a peaceful place to reconnect with nature and animals, flowers and trees, eat healthy food, and care for your body and spirit. If that's what you're looking for, this is the place. It's truly magical.

The rooms are quiet, the breakfast is excellent, and they even have their own mini zoo. Amazing place!
