There’s no lift, and our room was on the 2nd level, so we had to carry our luggage up the stairs without any help. Breakfast is in a separate house up a small hill, with stairs at the entrance and no lift there either. Staff won’t bring breakfast to your room, even if you’re disabled or have small children. With all those stairs, this place is a terrible choice for families with young kids or disabled guests. The parties downstairs were loud, with music and lots of alcohol. We were told they’d finish by 10 pm, but they carried on until midnight, and the service said nothing could be done. There’s also a railway nearby, and sound insulation is very poor. Parking is limited, and you’re competing for spaces with people coming to party at Chimera bar. The beds are uncomfortable and cheap. There wasn’t even a coffee or tea set or a kettle in the rooms.

I was in town for a business trip to University KSW, and it was very convenient for walking around the center of this province. Breakfast was nice, and I had really good fish for lunch 🤗. The room was a little old, though 😘.

The Włocławek (Wooshwavek) bus station is close by, near a beautiful garden beside the river.

The service was very good. The hotel is a bit far from the center, though.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the hotel itself was lovely. I’d highly recommend it.
