Willa Monika Spa

The rooms were cozy and spotlessly clean, and Monika and the rest of the staff were kind and helpful. Set in a quiet part of Nałęczów, the resort has a heated pool, a salt hut, a garden, and spa treatments. Breakfast comes with the stay, and dinner is available to book. A good choice if you want some calm and a break from the city.

Breakfast was a disaster. If you weren't there by 8 a.m., the food was quickly gone and the staff didn't replenish it. They even began clearing it while we were still eating and the place was full. Our room had no drinking water or tea, and there were signs warning that ordering a towel or sheet could lead to a call from the hotel and an extra charge. That's a lousy way to greet guests. The rooms were poor, too. The double bed was two mattresses stacked together, and they sank so much you couldn't sleep. I don't recommend this place and won't return.

The place is small and intimate, and works well for either a short break or a longer stay. I spent three lovely days here. Monika's massages were outstanding, the food was top notch, and the well-kept property has beautiful, clean rooms, all surrounded by lovely scenery. Highly recommended :)

The food was delicious, and everyone on staff was kind and helpful. We had a wonderful time, with treatments carried out professionally in a pleasant atmosphere. It was just right for relaxing, and the sort of place I'd like to visit again. Highly recommend it.
