I was looking for a quiet place, and that’s exactly what I got. The apartment had everything we needed, and there’s a parking space assigned to each one. It’s a beautiful apartment in a peaceful neighborhood, near the lighthouse and farther from the center. I recommend it.

Beautiful apartment and a great place to stay. I’d definitely come back!

The bathroom window in the apartment was damaged and couldn’t be opened, which made the stay less comfortable. The bigger problem, though, was the faulty remote for the entrance and exit gate. We couldn’t leave the property, and repeated calls to the hotline brought no real help. The staff were rude and brushed it off, saying that “other guests have bigger problems than the remote.” The call then got disconnected. We took that as a deliberate end to the call, and the issue was still unresolved. We expected professional service and a quick response, especially when the problem stopped us from using the property. The apartment’s condition and the customer service both left a lot to be desired. I don’t recommend Sun & Snow, and I won’t use their services again.
