Hotel Novum

The calm setting was a nice place to unwind after travel or a day out, and the location made getting around the area easy. We came as a family with our cat, and bringing her along was no problem. The staff were friendly, helpful, and professional throughout, from check-in until we left, and made us feel welcome. Our room was clean, spacious, and well kept, with comfortable beds and a cozy feel. Hotel Novum Niepołomice, Poland gave us a comfortable, relaxing stay, and we were very pleased with the experience. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a welcoming place in Niepołomice.

Horrible. The house-special hamburger was simply bad: the minced meat was medium and not cooked through, the salad was cut very coarsely, and the cheese was tough as leather. There was an egg on it, which was new to me, but it was a ready-made egg, not a real one. The bun crumbled too. I ate the food several times in the evening and had reflux, so digestion was a challenge. The hotel itself wasn't any better. The mattress was old, the TV had no signal and didn't work, and the WiFi kept cutting out.

The corridors are narrow and dark, and the motion sensors switch the lights on very late. A room with air conditioning costs more than one without, even though the air conditioning is switched off in winter. The sauna is included in the room price, but someone else can reserve it, leaving you without access. You also need to bring your own bathrobe and slippers, since this three-star hotel doesn't provide them.

The location is very good, and the room was clean. You can also get a decent breakfast buffet for extra.
