The place has potential, and free guest parking is a real plus. I would consider staying again if some of the little issues were sorted out. The information about picking up keys at the gas station also only arrives after booking, which is inconvenient. The room was clean and pleasant, with comfortable mattresses and pillows, and the hot water worked from 4 a.m. It was very warm at night, though there was no way to adjust the temperature. I prefer that to being cold, but it doesn't feel like the standard for a 3-star hotel. There was a hairdryer and TV, but no toiletries, tea, coffee, or drinking water, just tap water. The kettle, cups, and spoons only let us make use of boiling water. The bathroom was large by Polish standards, but had no furniture or anywhere useful to put toiletries. The glass shelf over the very narrow sink was angled so things kept sliding off. There were plenty of clean towels, but in a room for four there was only one small hook by the shower. Suction hooks and a basic cabinet or basket from Castorama or Ikea would not cost much, and seem like more basic needs than a hairdryer. Getting the keys at the gas station is manageable if you have a car, but we were given four keys with the wrong labels. After an hour on the road, we spent 15 minutes in the freezing cold trying to find the right entrance and door. The large room number tag was attached to a different key, and the entrance number was hidden inside the keychain so we had to take out the paper just to read it. We were told to check that the entrance door was open when checking out, which was helpful, but no one mentioned the map given with the keys and receipt that showed how to enter the building. We only noticed it once inside. There was no trash can in the room, either. The shower labels were reversed: turning on hot gave us cold water, and vice versa. These small but irritating shortcomings made the stay less comfortable than it could have been. Clearer key labels and a few modest room improvements would make things easier and less stressful.
