Breakfast was delicious, and the hotel itself is pleasant, but the rooms feel quite old and only partly maintained. There’s no room cleaning service. You’re limited to one coffee per person each day, which seemed odd, and extra cups cost more. Also, the street out front gets busy and noisy, and dogs across the road can bark for hours. If you need quiet, this probably isn’t the right place.

The food at their restaurant was great, with very good quality for the price. The stay was much better than I’d expected, and the price was good for what you get.

We only stayed one night, but the place could use some upkeep. The spring mattresses made sleeping really uncomfortable, and the shower-head holder was broken.

We had to cancel the couple of nights we’d booked because our plans changed, but we did stop by for a meal and it was brilliant. The food was delicious and the service very friendly. There’s parking right outside, and the location is excellent. We’d definitely come back when we’re here next year!

We came in March, out of season, so it was very quiet. The staff were lovely and the food was tasty. I had breakfast and dinner here, and the four days with my girlfriend were wonderful. It’s a perfect spot for an inexpensive off-season trip.
