The location is excellent, and the restaurant is decent, though the food is on the expensive side. Staff speak English, and the room standard is quite good, with blinds and a nice street view from the fourth floor, but space is a bit tight. The bathroom and shower were excellent. The large bed is two beds pushed together, which isn't ideal. The minibar makes a lot of noise, though it settles down if set to minimum power. The bathroom fan runs constantly and might bother light sleepers. There was loud talking outside the door early in the morning, though I couldn't tell whether it was staff or guests. Private parking is 100 m away. There's no elevator, which wasn't a problem for me, but four flights with heavy luggage could be difficult for many. I'd still recommend it. It's probably the best hotel in town, and doesn't cost much more than the others.

It's a very good little hotel right in the center of Nysa. The friendly staff were helpful, and the small restaurant was nice, with tasty meals. Rooms are well equipped, the beds are comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and nice. Air conditioning was especially welcome in the hot weather. The one drawback is the lack of a lift, which could be a problem for older or disabled guests.

We rented an apartment away from the hotel itself, which was what we wanted. It was spacious, very tidy, and even nicer in person than it looked in the pictures. It had everything we needed and more, including a big TV in the living room, another in the bedroom, and a lovely, very large shower. Great value, and I'd definitely recommend it.

We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this fantastic hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms comfortable and well arranged, and breakfast had a nice choice of food. The coffee was tasty and service was good. Just so everyone knows, the coffee and tea for the room are in the drawer under the kettle 😊
