They took the payment straight from my bank, then kept it when I couldn't make the stay because of COVID-19. They're ignoring my refund messages, and even messages from bookin.com haven't got a response. Be careful booking here, and don't pay upfront.

The trouble started as soon as we entered the building. Calling this place an apartment is too generous, it's a shack with a mess inside. The toilet smelled of urine even with the window open, and the shower door wouldn't shut properly. There were stains on the sofa, the induction cooktop was broken, and the kettle was moldy, along with plenty of other unwelcome surprises. Don't expect to get your money back. I do not recommend this place.

We were left without anywhere to stay after the owner canceled our booking just three hours before arrival. The reasons were confusing and didn't match: the booking app said it was overbooked, while the owner only replied after we reached out and said the previous guests had “wrecked the apartment.” From reviews on other apps, it looks like this may happen regularly, with cancellations just hours before arrival and no explanation, or the same excuses. Be careful booking here. You could end up scrambling for somewhere else and paying much more. Alleged apartment scam.

CAREFUL, DON'T BOOK HERE! We were left stranded just three hours before we were due to check in. The booking platform notified us that the stay was canceled because of overbooking, but the owner keeps saying the previous guests wrecked the place. Check reviews for this supposed accommodation on different booking platforms so you don't get an unpleasant surprise.

The owner canceled my booking at 4:00 PM on the day I was meant to check in, and now refuses to refund me. I wouldn't recommend it.
