Hotel Wileński

We found the room clean and spacious enough for a family of five, with three kids. The buffet was tidy and had enough for a quick bite, though the choices weren't especially extensive. The old town is very close, and restaurants and other places of interest are just a short walk away. Service was the letdown, both at the front desk and in the restaurant. The employees seemed annoyed we were there and gave short answers to our questions. A bit more friendliness would make this a great place.

Our room was large and comfortable, and the blinds did a good job keeping morning light out so we could sleep. The double bed, though, was really two beds pushed together, with an uncomfortable gap between them. The hotel was clean, and staff were friendly and attentive. It's very close to the old town.

The General Manager and Bar Manager made a real effort to make my stay enjoyable. I felt welcome, even though I couldn't speak Polish. The facilities were excellent, breakfast was lovely, and the town is within walking distance. A lovely place in a lovely part of Poland. Many thanks again, I'd recommend staying here.

The location was super convenient, the rooms spacious and well equipped, and everything was very clean. I spent a full week here, and the food was brilliant. The staff were friendly and always ready to help, even with small requests. I also met the management crew and felt like they treated me as somebody special. 10/10, great value. WOW, highly recommend it.
