The rooms were spacious and clean, and the staff were attentive and friendly. I was pretty happy with the stay overall. I’d like to see a proper lobby where guests can sit and have a drink, and breakfast could use some work. The vegetables, salads, and eggs had too much sauce and dressing.

We booked three rooms for five people while visiting Opole for a concert. When one more person unexpectedly needed to stay the night, staff came to our room and insisted they leave right away. It was around 10 or 11 PM, and finding somewhere else then would have been a real hassle. We offered to pay an extra charge, but they refused. We weren’t making noise or causing any problems, and nobody had complained about us. In the end, we left rather than leave one of our group behind. It was a very disappointing lack of hospitality. I expected the hotel to offer a reasonable solution and show some understanding, so I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone expecting even basic customer service.

Breakfast on the terrace overlooking the river was great, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel sits on an island in Opole, with secure parking and an ideal location. It’s a historic building that’s been newly remodeled. The rooms are clean, modern, and nice, though a little small.

The meat we ordered was cooked well, and the waitress was cheerful and brought us delicious food. The restaurant and service were both good. It isn’t cheap, but I think it’s worth the price. Free parking at the hotel is a nice plus. I really recommend the place.
