Avoid this place. We booked through their website and paid half the reservation cost three months ahead. When we emailed to ask about check-in, nobody replied. Just a few hours before we were due to arrive, we got a message saying they'd had an accident, with a water leak and heating problem, so they couldn't let us stay. They promised a refund, but nearly a month later I'm still waiting for my money 😞. The worst experience ever.
I booked a hotel and the reservation was confirmed, with the full amount charged to my card. A week later, the apartment contacted me to say I wouldn't be given the place I'd booked and should find somewhere else and cancel, even though they had already taken 100% of the payment.
Avoid this place. Kids were yelling until 2 at night, doors slammed, and dogs barked during the night too. Management didn't care. The SPA area was a disaster, with kids going in and out of the sauna constantly. Even the room with the whirlpool, about 2m away, was far too loud to relax in, even when there weren't kids in it.
We were amazed, it was that good! The apartments were clean, all the equipment was new, and the location was good. There was a pool too. Strongly recommend.
