Zlocien Willa

The location is the one good thing, just a few minutes from Krupówki Street and the ski jump. The website photos the owner shared look like they may be from the place's better days, because they don't resemble what it's like now. Outside, the entrance was cluttered with wood and other unnecessary things. Inside, there was a horrible smell that faded and came back during our stay. Four of us were staying in four rooms, and all of them were dirty. Every bathroom was in bad shape and hadn't been cleaned. Our sink was blocked and drained very slowly, and the room hadn't been properly washed or swept after the previous guests. The beds in two rooms creaked so badly that even turning over woke my wife and me. There were no kettles or glasses in the rooms. The owner's cat wandered around the hallways, and downstairs smelled strongly of cat urine. I avoided the kitchen and billiards area because of the stench. My wife went down for a kettle and said it was awful. The owner was very arrogant when concerns were brought up, so I can't recommend the place. The price may be low, but I'd rather pay a little more for decent conditions. We were misled by those website photos, they must be many years old!

The only things going for this place are where it is, near Krupówki Street and with a Biedronka supermarket across the road. The villa's best days are long gone, with no renovations or investment. The bathroom and kitchen are both in poor condition. A cat roams around the property and adds to the unpleasant smell, and the hallway is cluttered with things that shouldn't be there.

It's cheap, but you hardly get anything for the money beyond a convenient location. Don't stay here if you're allergic to cat hair, since the owner's cat goes everywhere. The place felt crowded, dirty and smelly. The sheets and towels might have been washed, but dust covered the radiator. That says plenty about the cleaning. There were also "food leftovers" in the hand basin when we arrived.

The location is the sole plus for me. The photos don't show what the place is actually like: the hallways were filthy and smelled as soon as we came in, with rubbish and cat litter in the corners. The so-called kitchen was a mess, missing basic things like a frying pan, and the coffee area was just as bad. I was afraid to drink anything there. Dirty dishes sat around for two days before anyone washed them. There were no curtains in the rooms, so people on the street could see inside, and the bathrooms were shabby. I really can't recommend it.
