The location is handy, with shops and bus stops nearby. The Wi-Fi was very poor, though, and mobile internet worked much faster. The apartment was dirty, with dust and crumbs tucked into every corner. Kitchen items were in bad shape too: the knives were dull, the pots dirty, and the only wooden chopping board was in terrible condition and should have been thrown away. It smelled so bad that you could notice it as soon as you opened the cupboard. The sofa had more crumbs and leftover chips when we unfolded it one day, so it clearly hadn’t been cleaned properly. For a stay of more than 10 days, we were given just two thin rolls of toilet paper. The shower seals were moldy and badly cut, so water spilled across half the bathroom. The owner put up a notice asking guests to separate waste but provided no containers or bags for it. We got two bags, probably 30 liters each, which were only enough for mixed rubbish, so we had to take plastic and glass out to the bins.

The apartment is clean and well maintained, and I have no major complaints about it. I only missed some warmer highlander-style touches, like rugs, though that wasn’t a big drawback. It’s also child-friendly. The location is excellent, with shops, restaurants, and a bus stop close by, and Krupówki Street just a stone’s throw away. The parking lot fits up to four cars.

We’ve used ZAKOsiedlisko three times now, and based on our experience and that of our loved ones, I recommend it to everyone. The apartments are clean and very well equipped, and the prices are affordable for the comfort and amenities. The location is peaceful and quiet, near shops, restaurants, public transport, attractions, and walking trails. Warm greetings to Ms. Marysia and Ms. Ele. We met Ms. Marysia’s staff member, who’s a real angel, always ready to help and makes things run smoothly for guests. Both ladies are helpful, and arranging things is never a problem. We’ll be back in September.

Krupówki Street is 10-15 minutes away, and that was the only positive for us. We booked the 35m² apartment at ZAKOsiedlisko, which looked spacious, clean, and well kept in the photos. In reality it was a dark, unpleasant basement unit that smelled of a cesspool. People walking along the sidewalk could see inside. The external blinds helped, but we had to sit in the dark to feel comfortable. There were spiders, cobwebs, and mold on the walls. The apartment hadn’t been cleaned properly. Sitting on the dirty sofa and its filthy covers disgusted us. It seemed like the staff had only given the place a superficial clean: there was dust everywhere, and even corn chips left by previous guests in the bathroom. The shower was hard to use because it was disgusting, with an even worse drain stench and mold and mildew on the walls. Parking was another downside, with room for only three cars. It was a very unpleasant stay, and we tried to spend as little time there as possible. We have a very negative impression of the services and definitely do not recommend staying in this 35 sq m basement apartment. We won’t be back. We don’t know what the other rooms are like and don’t want to find out.
