Zajazd Mieszko

There are only two things I can say in this apartment’s favor: free parking and an affordable price, with a student discount. My room was right by the building entrance, and with no soundproofing it felt as if there wasn’t even a door. There were cobwebs, the bedding was dirty, and the shower stall was so dirty I couldn’t bring myself to use it.

The rooms and bedding were clean, and the owner was very nice. Parking was a little confusing: it’s described as being on the property, but you actually have to use an unfenced lot across the street. Still, a positive experience overall.

The manager is very nice, and checkout at noon is a welcome late option. It’s fine for a night or two. The room standard is behind what other places offer these days, though the price is fairly low, so it’s acceptable. Anyone expecting a really high standard will be disappointed.

The room was clean, the bed very comfortable, and there’s plenty of free parking with video surveillance. It’s a lovely, peaceful place, and the owner welcomes guests with delicious coffee each morning. I recommend it and will definitely return.
