The hotel itself is great, and so is everyone at reception, but the housekeeping was terrible. I stayed four nights and the room was serviced once, and even calling it “serviced” feels generous. Used mugs and glasses were left there, and the tea and coffee weren't replenished. It's a shame, because the place could easily get a five-star review if the cleaning service were better.

The kids' play area is superb, the best I've seen, and the food was good at both breakfast and dinner. The room was clean enough, though it could have been better. The hotel looks a bit worn and needs freshening up. The aquapark wasn't worth visiting, it was dirty and nothing special. The location was okay, no more than that, with a large construction site right next door.

The hotel is offering cheap deals, but none of the facilities work, from basic Wi-Fi to the restaurant and spa.

The aquapark used to be connected to the hotel, but it's now closed to the public. Once it's operating again, the hotel should become popular again, and the restaurant should reopen. Then I'd give the hotel five stars.
