7th Room Guest House

The location worked well for visiting Auschwitz, about a 2 km walk away. This was probably the nicest place I've stayed in Europe so far. Room 4's bathroom was brand new and spotless, with a towel warmer, and the towels were incredibly soft. Everything was impeccably clean. They also left shampoo, soap, and two bottles of water. Thanks, I'd definitely recommend it.

After a full day at Auschwitz Museum, we stayed here for the night. It was handy for both the museum and the train station. We appreciated being able to use the guest kitchen for breakfast early in the morning. Our room was comfortable, clean, and roomy, and we had supper at the outdoor food stand in the backyard.

The kitchen is small if more than four people are using it, but it worked fine for us. We picked up breakfast and put it in the fridge the night before, and there are grocery stores and an excellent little kebab place just around the corner. The place is updated and very clean, and it's about a five minute walk to the Auschwitz-Birkenau tour. My one issue was the lack of A/C. After the tour, the room was unbearable during the day, and at night we didn't need sheets or blankets.

A very good price for a night, with a convenient location about 15 minutes from the train station. The rooms looked nice and were clean, and the staff were polite. A great place to stay while visiting Oświęcim.
