I really enjoyed our stay. The customer service was excellent, and the rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-kept. The location in Oświęcim is close to everything you might need. I’d happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting.

The room and property itself are really good, and it’s clear quality work went into them. It’s also close to the camp. But the owner doesn’t know how to treat people. Maybe he’s been in the business too long and burned out, or maybe he’s new to it and just inherited the place. Either way, a smile, compassion, and empathy would go a long way toward making guests feel welcome. Mr. Canada 🇨🇦

Our stay at this guesthouse was awful. The owner was rude, mean, disrespectful, and arrogant, made horrible jokes and even some kind of threats. He takes cash only and didn’t want to provide a receipt. I’d also be careful, because he came into the room while guests were away without their consent. I agree with the other one star reviews and strongly recommend staying away.

We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back next time we visit Auschwitz. The service and breakfast were very good, and the place is well located in the centre for visiting Auschwitz-Birkenau. The rooms are of a good standard, and some have their own terrace, which is handy if you’re travelling with dogs. We can only recommend staying here.

The location is hard to beat, within easy walking distance of the station and five minutes from the museum entrance. We found the rooms great, the staff friendly and helpful, and the value brilliant. We stayed for two nights in Oswiecim to visit Auschwitz-Birkenau, and highly recommend this guesthouse.
