The room had useful extras like a kettle, iron and ironing board, and we were pleasantly surprised that breakfast came with the stay. The fruit wasn't in great shape, but the rest of the selection was fine, and I especially liked the smoothies. We were there for one night and found both the room and bathroom spotless. The shower pressure was excellent, and it was refreshing to find a place this clean. It was a comfortable stay, and I'd gladly return.

The food at Hampton by Hilton Oświęcim was a real standout for me, among the best Hampton kitchens I've tried. The dishes were well presented and noticeably above the usual brand standard. Krystian, looking after the bar and restaurant, was professional, attentive and gave top-tier service. My overall impression was very positive. Wiktoria at reception answered my questions promptly before arrival and made check-in easy. It's a well-run hotel with a great team, and I'll definitely return.

For a weekend visit to Auschwitz, the location worked perfectly. Breakfast had a huge range, and all three dinners were delicious. I especially loved the creamy pasta; the beef burger and chicken supreme were just as good. Our room was lovely and clean, with a pretty bathroom and pillows we absolutely adored. There were large TVs, with Polish programming but YouTube available, and the cold water fountains along the corridors were much appreciated. The whole hotel was clean and smelled amazing, even the lifts. We liked the decorations, and needing a room key for the lift made us feel safer. The reception staff were professional and friendly. Special thanks to the man working at the bar and dinner service each evening that weekend. He was polite and accommodating, and a highlight of our stay. Thanks, Hampton by Hilton Oswiecim, we couldn't have been more impressed.

We slept really well in a clean room with comfortable beds, then felt rested and ready to get back on the road. The receptionist was professional and very nice, and handled the room assignment efficiently. She checked that our questions were answered before we headed upstairs. Dinner at the hotel's restaurant was very good too, and the waiter was polite and gave us great service.

The breakfast spread was better than anything I've seen in the US, and the food overall was top-notch. Everyone was really friendly and spoke English, which made everything easy. The rooms were spotless and smelled nice, and the whole property was clean. We'll absolutely be back.
