The staff provided excellent service, and the hotel felt clean, comfortable and relaxing. My room was well maintained, and I really enjoyed the stay. I'd highly recommend the hotel and will definitely visit again.

The staff were unbelievably rude and racist. They told my husband and me that our country was dirty, and wouldn't let us buy a soft drink for a child. There was no towel in the room, and nobody helped us at check-in or check-out. I came to Poland for my best friend's wedding, my first time there, and the experience was horrific. She put so much effort and money into it, but the hotel and venue were so rude and made her cry multiple times. If I could give a negative score, I would. They don't deserve even one star.

The staff were friendly and polite, and the room and shared areas looked very clean with a nice style. The one thing missed was cleaning beneath the bed.

We spent three days here with the children before heading to Energylandia and had a good time. It's a very nice, clean place to stay, with big rooms.

I won't stay there again.
