The heating was the one drawback. Even turned all the way up, it barely warmed the room, and it was close to 7°C in the middle of the night. Otherwise, the single room I booked was cozy, and the location is perfect, very close to the Aushwitz Museum. Everyone in the city seemed very friendly! 😮 A lady on staff was especially friendly and proactive, and helped me a lot. I was very satisfied and will recommend my friends stay here.

I called at 21:30 looking for a place to stay, and the owner kindly took me in even at that late hour. The conditions were really fine, with fresh towels and water on the desk. Free parking runs from 15 to 7 am. For quality compared with price, I’d say 10/10.

The town feels very strange and mysterious, but the hotel itself isn’t overdone. Entry is through a good system, and it feels safe. The shower facilities are nice, the beds are comfortable, and there’s good room for clothes.
