Having a parking space in the underground garage was very convenient, since parking would otherwise have been difficult. The apartment is also centrally located, with easy access to everything, and the price for what you get is good 👍🏻. We had the top-floor place with a balcony, but the furnishings could use improvement. The balcony, especially its roof, was dirty, the dishwasher didn't work properly, and the bathroom wasn't very clean. For eight people, one bathroom is obviously very small, and the shower is tiny too. It was okay overall, but several things could be better.

The apartment was very dirty and hadn't been cleaned, which wasn't what we expected. When it rained one day, water immediately came through the windows. We called the caretaker, but he only took a quick look and left without fixing anything.
