The bathroom was dirty and dusty, and the whole place felt cold, uncomfortable, and smelled bad. It was a nightmare. I booked at the last minute, which was a mistake. The central heating valve was missing, so I had to use the electric heater, and dust came out when I turned it on. Its cable and plug were held together with insulation tape. I should never have stayed here. Never again.

The host was probably the nicest lady we've ever met, and the place was clean, fairly priced, and in a great spot. We stayed for two nights to visit Auschwitz, and if you're going to the Auschwitz museum, this is a good place to stay. Just respect the quiet hours, don't have a party, and leave it as you found it.

The owners could check the entrance hall more often, since some guests are rude and seem to have no manners. Still, I liked the hotel and recommend it. It's in a safe, quiet area, with a nice room and a well-organized kitchen.

The kitchen beside the rooms is available for guests, and there’s free coffee and tea. Wi-Fi is fast. The rooms have towels and are nicely furnished, and the place is very clean. The staff are welcoming and help with directions around town and good restaurant suggestions.

Good price and location, and the staff were very nice. The rooms are quite old, though, and the toilet was a little dirty.
